By creating an account, accessing, or using the FutureFi platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you will not use our services if any applicable laws in your country of residence prohibit you from doing so. FutureFi may restrict or prohibit access from certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

FutureFi provides an investment platform that allows users to trade on global indices. The specific services, features, and availability may vary and are subject to change at FutureFi's sole discretion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for our services will be disclosed to you before you complete a transaction. You agree to pay all applicable fees. FutureFi reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
• Use the services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutureFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

FutureFi may suspend or terminate your account and access to the services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FutureFi is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
